RETURN POLICY
At WetDeck.com, our vision is simple: We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our product. And you can, because we stand behind every product we make. You may return merchandise purchased online within 30 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, opened, altered or used. If you wish to return your splash pad kit or water play feature(s), it is an easy process to do. We will provide all the information you need to get the ball rolling. Clearance items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.
WetDeck.com may not accept international returns. If returns are shipped to us from outside the U.S. or its territories, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note and keep the return tracking number until your account is credited.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized product. Custom color water features are nonrefundable, other than because of manufacturing or materials defect. For additional information, please contact our Customer Service team at 844-218-1631.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team within 7 business days of delivery at 844-883-0506. Please have your order number and name from your original confirmation e-mail. WetDeck.com will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
WARRANTY
If there’s a defect in your merchandise, ship it back to us and we’ll make things right. All WetDeck.com products are covered under our 30 day warranty against material and manufacturing defects. If WetDeck.com determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it.
